Sharp BP-30M28 Multifunctional Printer - The BP-30M28 is an A3/A4 black and white MFP ideal for any workgroup that needs high performance, high quality output and great versatility. Its modularity also makes it extremely adaptable to future needs. It is equipped with a host of security features to keep your data and network safe, including access control, data encryption and S/MIME, a firmware auto-recovery system, SSL certificate validation, and a white-list for running only authorised programmes.
Optional support for a second LAN provides simultaneous connection for two networks, while the Print Release function allows users to send documents to a master MFP, which acts as a server, enabling secure release of print jobs to up to five connected devices. Optional features that enhance workflow include Single-Sign-On cloud connectivity, mobile connectivity via Wi-Fi, NFC or QR Code, USB direct printing of MS Office files and OCR for scanning in both MS Office and searchable PDF formats.
The 7-inch colour LCD touchscreen offers the possibility to customise the display with frequently used icons with a simple 'drag & drop', while coloured LEDs show the status of the MFP remotely. Daily operation is simple and intuitive; any desired function or setting can be accessed immediately with a simple click.
Print and copy speeds of up to 28 ppm in black and white and a built-in 100-sheet feeder with a scan speed of up to 60 ipm (duplex, colour and black and white) contribute to increased efficiency and productivity. The BP-30M28 has a print resolution of 600 x 600 dpi. A maximum paper capacity of 2,100 sheets and support for a wide range of paper types (up to A3 size and 200 g/m2) enable this device to handle different printing needs with ease. A space-saving internal finisher (optional) automates document collation and stapling.
The Sharp Application Portal provides ongoing software updates to cloud applications that enable rapid integration with corporate document workflows.
